Duties and Responsibilities :
Professional handling of information received via email
Correspondence to customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction
Providing context specific information
Professional handling of BU and management requests
Tracking information and changing customer data in the relevant applications
Develop routine and process target volume of customer requests and claims
Sharing complex cases and challenges with the Team-Leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team
Attentively and actively participate in training courses offered by the company
Follow instructions of the team leader or management of the company
Help and support colleagues regarding work related questions
Mentoring new colleagues during training and training-on-the-job phase
Replacement for TL during his/her leave
Check, approve and release payments for cases on the Travel process as support for TL.
