  • Organize MiMo briefing calls using standard protocol and involve HR/MiMo Coordinators as required.
  • Coordinate with Home/Host HR, line managers, MiMo sponsors and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Initiate immigration pre-checks and provide required data.
  • Support visa processes depending on scenario (provider, Host HR, or employee self-service).
  • Collect and store visa documents and ensure all information is recorded correctly.
  • Support PwD assessments and KPMG authorizations.
  • Assist with A1 and CoC applications (self-service, internal HR, or external provider).
  • Maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint for audit readiness.
  • Provide basic guidance on travel booking rules, reimbursement, global travel insurance and destination-specific checks.
  • Ensure logistical preparation and share relevant resources.
  • Ensure start/end dates are updated in the MiMo tool in case of changes.
  • Request contract addenda through Home HR as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process consistency across MiMo operations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, Global Mobility, immigration/tax advisory or relocation services.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail.

  • Comfort with digital tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, tracking tools).
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and
  • Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

What we offer:

  • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad
