ROLE SUMMARY

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) Implementation, Compliance, Remediation, and Improvement Project Management Office plays a vital role in overseeing and driving the successful implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, executing remediation efforts and leading continuous improvement initiatives across GSDs.  

This role will report directly to the Governance & Steering Lead and requires strong strategic leadership to contribute to the overall effectiveness and excellence of our 
organization.

WHAT YOU DO

Project implementation:

  • Lead E2E project management, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives across various GSDs. 
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute project plans, meeting quality, timeline, and budget objectives. 

Compliance management & Legal: 

  • Monitor and enforces compliance with regulatory standards and group compliance requirements.
  • Maintain processes to ensure ongoing adherences to compliance frameworks and implementation of key controls across GSDs. 
  • Proactively identify and assess risk associated with projects, compliance, and remediation efforts.  
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future initiatives.  
  • Remediation, follow up and closure of all open audit findings for GSDs.  
  • Manage and keep control on contract inventories and copies from all GSDs.
  • Be the expert point of contact in GSDs Global office to set up of contracts that are legally complaint.  
  • Responsible for the renewal of contracts/SOW/POA  
  • Align with legal Global office for MSA/ POA templates  
  • Prepare outsourcing reports for regulators
  • Be the compliance expert, managing Data privacy topics (DCP, PIA, PDI management) 

Remediation efforts: 

  • Identify areas for improvements across several projects in GSDs and collaborate with across teams internally in GSDs and with ops in BUs to implement effective remediation actions.  
  • Lead remediation efforts to address and resolve any operational inefficiencies.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures with Zero surprise approach.  

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for enhancement.  
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.  
  • Working closely with the GSD quality teams to drive a robust quality assurance framework and implement corrective measures. You will contribute to the improvement of quality service and identify training opportunities for continuous growth.
  • Developing "Best of Class" operation processes and steering their implementation in GSDs, driving cost optimization and contributing to our continuous improvements.
  • Responsible for the technical and organizational security measures assessment 

PMO leadership: 

  • Establish and lead the projects, providing strategic direction and oversight.
  • Develop and maintain PMO processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.  

Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

WHAT YOU BRING  

  • Required education: University Degree
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional European language like German / 
    French will be a plus.  

Required Experience:  
•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, compliance, and remediation roles.  Experience in leading PMOs or similar functions.  
•    Proven track record of successful project implementation and compliance 
•    management.  
•    Strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on delivering 
•    results.    
•    In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls and regulations.  
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective relationship building.  
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data decisions.  
•    Ability to interact with senior level management. 

Preferred skills/qualifications:  
•    Certifications in Project Management 
•    Certification in Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields.  
•    Experience with improvement methodologies ad Lean or Six Sigma.  
•    Experience in insurance or related financial services. 
•    Assistance Operations: call center services, service network, back-office activities 
•    Process management and operational controls 
•    Data Analytics, reporting, BI, data mining 
•    Forward looking, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on impact 
•    High energy and willingness to drive change in a complex and multi-faceted, international environment.
