Global Talent Aquisition Partner
Bucarest, RO, 020339
This role exists to give our Mobility and Insurance businesses a clear, strategic handle on hiring. You’ll be the point where business strategy and Talent Acquisition meet: taking messy, shifting demand across multiple regions and turning it into a focused plan that the business can trust and our regional TA hubs can actually deliver. You’ll decide what to hire, where, when, and how, and you’ll step in personally on the roles that really move the needle.
This is a fit for someone who has already operated as a senior TA partner or lead recruiter in a complex, global or matrix environment, is comfortable advising senior leaders, and enjoys creating clarity from ambiguity. You should like switching between strategic conversations, tough trade off decisions, and hands on delivery for critical hires.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor to senior leaders across Mobility and Assistance business unit, aligning hiring with workforce plans, organisational design and future capability needs.
- Shape and prioritise hiring demand: run high quality intake processes, define role requirements and complexity, and agree realistic timelines based on market and business conditions.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, constructively challenging hiring decisions and managing competing priorities so everyone is aligned to a clear hiring approach.
- Personally lead end to end recruitment for high impact, complex or business critical roles, including targeted sourcing, market mapping and direct candidate engagement.
- Own demand end to end while collaborating closely with colleagues across our global, deciding where your direct involvement adds value and ensuring smooth hand offs and consistent delivery across the business units roles.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitors and locations, advising on feasible hiring strategies and contributing to broader workforce and talent planning.
- Identify and drive improvements in how we hire, supporting adoption of global standards, tools and AI enabled solutions so hiring becomes more consistent, efficient and predictable.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.
Key requirements
- Senior TA experience, significant background in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a global or matrix organisation, with a proven track record as a senior TA Partner or Lead Recruiter supporting complex, operational or service led business areas. You know how to navigate multiple stakeholders and moving priorities.
- Strategic + hands on, demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor (workforce alignment, demand shaping, market insight) while still owning and delivering complex, business critical searches yourself when it matters.
- Stakeholder partnership and influence, strong skills in building trust with senior leaders, constructively challenging their assumptions, and aligning them around realistic, market informed hiring decisions and trade offs.
- Structured thinking in ambiguity, comfortable working with incomplete information across regions and functions, able to translate complex or ambiguous demand into clear, prioritised hiring plans that hubs can execute.
- Commercial mindset, understands how hiring decisions link to business priorities, cost, capability, and risk, and can frame options and recommendations in those terms.
- Personal impact, confident and credible under pressure, able to manage competing demands, make sound judgments, and work collaboratively across regions and cultures.
