KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
-Advanced English level – C1 (writing, speaking, reading) – mandatory; -Experience in automotive in technical field ( service repair reception, spare parts sales/aftersales, car claims, body shop repair; tyre sales, tyre repair shop, tyre claims); -Excellent communication skills and proven customer orientation; -Attention to details and analytical skills; -Ability to handle and analyze a large amount of information; -Basic Excel and Microsoft Outlook knowledge; -Proactive attitude, team spirit; -CRM experience.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS |
|
-Perform back-office activities; -Claims management (opening claims, analyzing information, follow-up with all stakeholders for additional information / clarification up to task completion); -Resolve in a short TAT information request received via email, guide, explain the process and help clients in an appropriate manner; -Prioritization of the E-mails received in the workflow; -Conduct examination and assessment of claims (online platform available for checking policy details); -Communicate compensation decision to clients; -Payment processing as per guidelines; -Claims data maintenance in specific insurance CRM; -Reporting activities and data controlling and reconciliations; -Fully adhere to claims guidelines, as well as ensuring the other directives such as compliance, antitrust law, economic sanctions or anti-fraud are met. |
