PIM Agent with English (m/f/d)

Your Role

The Provider Invoice Management (PIM) team ensures the accurate and timely payment of service provider invoices and the rebilling of related costs to Business Partners across multiple lines of business.

As a PIM Agent, you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of invoice processing and payment activities, ensuring compliance with defined processes and service levels.

Your Responsibilities

• Process provider and business unit invoices in the relevant systems within defined SLAs
• Validate invoice data and ensure correctness before payment execution
• Approve provider self-invoices in line with defined rules .
• Ensure accurate and timely rebilling of costs to Business Partners
• Handle incoming requests from providers via shared mailboxes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for clarification of standard cases
• Escalate complex or non-standard issues to Senior Agents or Team Leader
• Ensure compliance with defined processes, policies, and quality standards
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by your superior, in line with the scope and objectives of the role.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use.

What you bring

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/ C2 level)
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting processes is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Numerical and analytical thinking
• Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
