The Policy Administration Officer is responsible for executing core policy management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service in all aspects of policy lifecycle administration. The role supports the creation, modification, and cancellation of insurance policies while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new insurance policies according to internal guidelines and customer requirements.
- Process policy modifications, including endorsements, data updates, and coverage changes.
- Handle policy cancellations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Record and update customer and policy information accurately in the system.
- Ensure timely processing of requests in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate professionally with internal departments to clarify missing information or resolve issues.
- Contribute to improving policy administration processes and documentation.
- Participate in trainings and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Required Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Keep constant contact with HQ;
- Claims data maintenance in specific insurance IT Systems;
- Ability to work with administrative and digital systems.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in insurance administration is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
