We are looking for a high-potential student who can support sales and implementation activities while developing towards future roles in commercial coordination, account management, or project coordination.

This is not a traditional administrative support position. We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the successful delivery of client and business initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

• Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree.
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, International Relations, Foreign Languages, or similar disciplines.

Language Skills

• Fluent Romanian (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to prepare, review, and adapt business documentation in both Romanian and English.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Preferred Excel skills include:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Data analysis and reporting
• Data organization and tracking
• Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.

AI Readiness 

Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
