Job role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Accounting Specialist with French to join our team.

What you will do

 

  • Prepare invoices for P&C (Properties & Casualties) claims to be recovered
  • Recover and record payments for P&C claims handled on behalf of foreign companies
  • Analyze and justify cars claims accounts, specific claims accounts in given deadlines
  • Manage and explained every unreconciled items
  • Manage recourses between Allianz France and Allianz foreign entities
  • Manage and record State bank seizures and tax-repayments for exempted policy holders;
  • Manage or escalate every issue (complex case, anomaly, etc.)
  • Manage quarterly closing activities: provisioning, P&L impact, ad-hoc reporting etc
  • Produce monthly dashboard and KPI for the full scope of “Operational Accounting”
  • Prepare and attend quarterly meetings with Internal Clients (mainly Claims Services);


What you bring

  • Accounting/Finance/Economic studies graduate;
  • Fluent English written and spoken;
  • B2 or C1 level of French knowledge;
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Finance/Accounting sector;
  • Knowledge of claims and/ or premium management, accounting experience in this area would be a plus;
  • Analytical and customer oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation (e.g. IT, automation, or GenAI).We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or other Economic related field.
