Job role
Provide support to the departments within the Allianz Group in carrying out projects and activities on actuarial topics, including the analysis of financial results.
What you will do
Works alongside departments (actuarial, risk, etc.) within the Allianz Group to fulfill tasks assigned by the actuarial team leader in projects related to:
- Evaluation and reporting of insurance portfolio results, such as Embedded Value, capital requirement calculations, etc.
- Evaluation of insurance product profitability
- Preparation of reports related to the performance of Allianz Group entities
- Coordinates the entire area of profitability monitoringDisseminates acquired competencies within the team and deepens methodologies
- Can independently complete tasks by applying standard processes
- Takes responsibility for various ad-hoc tasks
- Works under supervision to complete certain more complex projects
- Participates in actuarial analyses, contributes to improving working tools, and optimizes actuarial processes
- Works in a team alongside other department members, as assigned by the actuarial team leader, to ensure effective communication within the actuarial team and the completion of requested actuarial projects; may provide guidance to new colleagues in the department without having supervisory responsibilities
- Participates in reporting to the company's management
- Is accountable for any deficiencies resulting from their activities due to their own decisions
- Complies with circulars, methodological norms, working procedures, the Internal Regulations, the Compliance Policy, and the company's Anti-Corruption Policy
What you bring
- Knowledge of financial mathematics, financial reporting, probabilities, mathematical statistics, statistical models, and methods through any of the following:
- Master's degree in Actuarial Techniques or equivalent
- Relevant accreditation programs
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Result-oriented, with the ability to take initiative
