About the Job
Allianz Technology – Workplace Services is looking for an Adoption & Change Management Lead to drive the global rollout of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude. In this role, they will own the end-to-end change strategy — from stakeholder engagement and communications to training design and adoption tracking — ensuring employees across the organization embrace new ways of working with confidence.
The ideal candidate will be the bridge between technical operations and business stakeholders: translating complex AI tool capabilities into clear, compelling narratives, removing adoption barriers, and building the habits that turn change into lasting impact. They will continuously adapt service value streams and workflows to meet rapidly changing business requirements and organizational goals, while bridging the gap between technical operations and business stakeholders to ensure rapid, feedback-driven improvements across the entire service lifecycle.
A strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer outcomes, they will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted at a global scale.

Develop and execute adoption plans and communication campaigns that drive confident, sustained use of AI productivity tools across the organization
- Identify and address adoption barriers, resistance, and skills gaps; escalate blockers impacting rollout success.
- Track and report adoption metrics, usage trends, and change readiness indicators to Workplace Services leadership.
- Design and deliver training programs and enablement materials tailored to different user segments and proficiency levels. Coordinate with HR, Communications, and business units to ensure aligned and consistent change messaging.
- Run feedback loops (surveys, focus groups, pulse checks) and translate insights into continuous improvement actions.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing adoption-related backlog items and preparing user-facing rollout activities. Bridge the gap between technical operations and business stakeholders to ensure rapid, feedback-driven improvements across the entire service lifecycle.
- Maintain change management documentation including stakeholder maps, impact assessments, training plans, and adoption dashboards. Continuously adapt service value streams and workflows to meet rapidly changing business requirements and organizational goals.
What you bring
- Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Communications, or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree with significant senior-level experience considered.
- Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification; Agile or project management certification (e.g. PMP, SAFe) is advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or technology adoption roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders through effective communication and training.
- Experience measuring adoption KPIs, engagement metrics, and change readiness; familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Viva Insights.
- Experience driving technology adoption in large, distributed organizations; familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
