Job role

The Agile Master will support the organization in the successful execution of Agile transformation initiatives by fostering Agile ways of working, enabling high-performing teams, and driving the adoption of the One Delivery Model operating framework.The role focuses on coaching teams and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across business and technology streams, and supporting the integration of transformation initiatives into the Agile Delivery Organization. Acting as a servant leader, facilitator, and change agent, the Agile Master will help teams improve flow, increase transparency, remove organizational impediments, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.The Agile Master will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Delivery Leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of Agile principles, alignment to business objectives, and sustainable delivery outcomes.

What you will do

- Coach delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Foster self-organization, accountability, continuous learning, and team empowerment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and cross-team planning events.
- Enable effective collaboration between business and technology teams to maximize value delivery.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, value-based planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Promote transparency regarding priorities, objectives, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
- Identify and help remove organizational impediments, delivery blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals, product strategy, and team execution.
- Coach leaders and stakeholders on Agile operating models, Lean thinking, and organizational agility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives, delivery insights, and team feedback.
- Support collaboration across multiple Agile teams and facilitate scaled Agile practices where appropriate.
- Act as a catalyst for organizational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Leverage Agile metrics and delivery insights to improve predictability, flow, team effectiveness, and value delivery.

What you bring

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and servant leadership capabilities.
- Experience working with Product Owners, leadership teams, and cross-functional delivery organizations.
- Ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology organizations.
- Experience operating in complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to identify and address organizational impediments and delivery challenges.
- Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Agile metrics and data-driven improvement practices.
- Experience with Value Stream Management, Flow Optimization, Product Operating Models, or Enterprise Agility is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile Portfolio Management, OKRs, Digital Transformation, and AI-assisted delivery practices is considered an advantage.
- Experience within Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, or other regulated environments is considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
