Job role

TA Bot Engineer designs, develops, and implements AI-powered conversational interfaces including voicebots and chatbots that enhance customer experiences, automate routine interactions, and deliver personalized service across digital channels and voice platforms.

What you will do


Design conversational flows and dialogue structures for voicebots and chatbots
Develop and implement NLP (Natural Language Processing) models and intent recognition systems
Build, test, and deploy chatbot solutions across web, mobile, and social messaging platforms
Configure and customize voicebot interactions for IVR and telephony systems
Integrate bots with backend systems, APIs, and databases (CRM, knowledge bases, etc.)
Create and maintain training datasets for bot learning and improvement
Implement sentiment analysis and contextual understanding capabilities
Develop fallback strategies and human handoff protocols
Monitor bot performance and continuously optimize conversation accuracy
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and contact center teams
What you bring

Technical Skills

Experience with NLP/NLU technologies and frameworks
Programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Node.js)
API integration and development
Voice processing technologies (ASR, TTS, DTMF)
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Testing and debugging methodologies for conversational interfaces


You have

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
2+ years experience developing conversational AI applications
Demonstrated experience with at least one major bot development platform
Portfolio of successful bot implementations
Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and applications in customer service
