Job role
The Business Analysis Services Delivery Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Business Analysis services within the Global Service Line framework. The role combines people leadership, service delivery accountability, and strong stakeholder alignment to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and customer‑focused outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of Business Analysis services in line with Global Service Line standards, customer expectations, and local regulations.
- Manage, coach, and develop team members in accordance with Allianz People Attributes, leadership principles, and performance management guidelines.
- Plan, prioritize, delegate, and steer workloads and capacity to ensure delivery quality, efficiency, and predictable outcomes.
- Act as the primary interface between local delivery teams, functional GSL leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on targets, scope, and growth priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives like BMP (Business Master Platform), including standardization of ways of working, tools, and service practices.
- Ensure compliance with risk, governance, contractual, and occupational health & safety requirements across all delivered services.
- Oversee financial discipline at team level, including FTE steering, billing accuracy, planning and forecasting inputs, and adherence to internal finance procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, capability development, and knowledge transfer to sustain and grow delivery capacity and skills.
- Represent the team in internal forums and customer interactions, including results presentations, floor walks, and service reviews.
What you bring
- Proven experience in people leadership and service delivery roles, preferably within Business Analysis, Operations, or transformation‑oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end service delivery models, governance, and performance management in a global or matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and discussions in English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage capacity, deadlines, and competing demands.
- Experience working in multicultural, multi‑location delivery setups, including offshore and onshore collaboration models.
- Analytical and customer‑oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation (e.g. IT, automation, or GenAI).

You have
- Strong service delivery and operational management skills.
- Exposure to one or more core insurance domain areas (e.g. Sales, Claims, Product), with experience working closely with Operating Entity (OE) business units.
- Solid understanding of business‑IT interaction.
- Solid planning, prioritization, and capacity‑management skills.
- Strong proficiency in delivery and analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, combined with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
