Job role

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical team member to join our OE Benefits process team.

In this role, you will prepare and ensure the accuracy of the OE Benefits calculations across three key levers: Labor Cost Arbitrage, Efficiency Gains and Cost Avoidance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

What you do:

 

  • Prepare and manage comprehensive calculations for OE Benefits
  • Analyze and interpret data to ensure accurate reflection of benefits is achieved.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all locations to ensure consistent and standardized reporting practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for queries related to OE Benefits calculations and provide guidance as needed.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of calculations.
  • Identify discrepancies or potential improvements in calculation methodologies and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of calculation processes and methodologies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate OE Benefits findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare any ad-hoc analysis based on the OE Benefits results

 

What you bring:

  • SAP (CAP/BAP/BO) knowledge
  • MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Bi,  Power Point, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, ServiceNow
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience withing lobal corporations
  • Focus on client and on automation processes
  • Passioned about continuous improvement and proven experience in obtaining efficiency gains

 

You have:

  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics and has experience in product development and market trends analysis
  • Detailed-oriented and analytical skills
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Project management experience and abilities to deal with global- complex alignments and communications.
