Job role

The Data Privacy Analyst with German provides advice on the Allianz information- and document management rules and processes, on compliance with existing data privacy processes or policies supporting the implementation of governance systems. Supports data privacy and governance activities: Implemention and tracking the execution of risk-based analysis, reporting, contribute to the effective management of data privacy tools and processes within the  organisation and its affiliates or local entities.

What you will do

Support the development, maintenance and implementation of  data privacy  and AI governance management data privacy system  in accordance with  applicable data privacy laws and regulations, the Allianz Privacy Standard (APS) and Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs)

Assist with general data privacy guidance and review of supplier/customer contracts

under the supervision of senior team members.

Provide relevant privacy related support for IT/workplace applications and processes related to document management and retention.

Support planification , coordination, and tracking of  projects related to data privacy, document retention, and IT solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical support in the roll out of Allianz Data Privacy Trainings, track the completion rate and support organization and its affiliates or local entities for issues relating training in order to ensure an adequate level of privacy knowledge and awareness.

Prepare ad hoc or regular data privacy reports.

Provide support for the implementation and maintenance process of features/modules in the OneTrust Data Privacy Management tool.

Support the activities concerning the Allianz Standard for Information and Document Management (ASIDM)by annually reviewing, updating, and publishing the standard, support in performing relevant NFRM controls, support entities in audits, track the usage of SharePoint and team space including management of automatic deletion routines and exception rules, monitor the outlook inbox and respond to user inquiries.

What you bring

Strong academic background (master/university diploma or degree in economics, legal or similar disciplines);

Minimum 6 months experience  in a similar position (data privacy, risk management, internal control, compliance);

Good understanding of complex regulatory framework/requirements in terms of Data Protection (GDPR) and security systems (ISO);

Understanding of Information technology systems and their connection in relation to data protection, collection and processing;

Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness;

Initiative and a sense of responsibility;

Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp and process complex relationships in a way that is appropriate for the addressee;

Integrity, impartiality, responsibility and confidentiality;

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online and Document Management Systems (DMS);

Proficiency and experience with One Trust Tool functionalities would be a plus;

Data Privacy Certifications (IAPP) would be a plus;

Proven command of the English and German (verbal and written) C2 level.
