Job role
The Digital Resilience Program & Delivery Tracking is a pivotal operational role supporting the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and quality assurance of the Digital Resilience program. This position serves as the coordination hub for deliverables tracking, OE (Operating Entity) action management, stakeholder engagement, and program reporting across the DR organization.
This role requires a organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality. You will work closely with initiative teams, OE stakeholders, 2nd Line of Defense, audit teams, and program leadership to ensure seamless program execution, transparent reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
The position combines strategic program coordination with analytical capabilities and practical problem-solving skills. You will be the go-to person for program tracking and reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders have the information and insights they need to deliver successfully.
What you will do
- Coordinate and manage end to end Digital Resilience governance and reporting cycles, including DRRC Portfolio Reviews, Risk Reporting, and related governance forums, ensuring timely, accurate, and executive ready outputs
- Organize and support structured governance meetings by managing agendas, preparing materials, coordinating contributors, supporting moderation, and ensuring effective follow up on actions and decisions
- Track and monitor program deliverables, Operating Entity (OE) actions, risks, and change requests, maintaining accurate and up to date records across SharePoint and PowerBI dashboards
- Maintain and update the Digital Resilience risk register, including regular reporting to leadership, coordination with risk owners, and alignment with 2nd Line of Defence.
- Coordinate OE engagement across initiatives, including collection, quality assurance, consolidation, and communication of OE Wave Actions and follow up on overdue actions
- Prepare and coordinate cross OE forums and workshops, including planning instructions, template development, facilitation, documentation of outcomes, and quality assurance of submitted inputs
- Ensure consistency and traceability across reporting artifacts, change logs, governance documentation, and dashboards by maintaining integrated overviews and aligned data sources
- Act as a central coordination point for stakeholders across initiatives, OEs, leadership, audit teams, and 2nd Line of Defence, supporting transparent communication and expectation management
- Respond to audit related and ad hoc requests by providing structured data, documentation, analyses, and coordination to program management and leadership
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and secure handling of sensitive program information in line with governance and compliance requirements
What you bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in program coordination or similar operational support roles, preferably in IT risk governance, audit/compliance, or technology environments
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and collaboration platforms
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Data Management & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, reporting, dashboard management, and data visualization
- Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data quality, documentation, and process compliance
- Problem-Solving: Proactive identification of issues with practical, solution-oriented approach
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1 level); ability to prepare executive-level reporting materials
- Process Orientation: Understanding of project management methodologies and operational processes

- Desired requirements / skills
- Digital Resilience/DORA Knowledge: Familiarity with Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), regulatory compliance, or IT risk management
- PMO Certification: Project management certification (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or similar
- Reporting & Visualization: Advanced PowerBI or Tableau skills for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Additional Languages: German language skills are a plus
- Financial Services Background: Experience in banking, insurance, or regulated industries
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management approaches
