Job role
As an Employee Listening Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our employee engagement strategies. You will support the strategic rollout of initiatives from various Employee Listening surveys and play a key role in integrating employee lifecycle surveys with our existing surveys.
What will you do
• Manage projects on a global scale, focusing on employee engagement and HR analytics.
• Design, implement, and follow up on surveys to gather valuable employee insights.
• Utilize technical skills to work with survey platforms such as Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey.
• Integrate new lifecycle surveys with existing surveys to provide comprehensive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure survey insights align with organizational goals.
• Drive the introduction and integration of employee lifecycle surveys with an innovative mindset.
What you bring
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in employee engagement, HR analytics, or related field.
• Proven track record in survey design, implementation, and follow-up.
• Experience in managing projects on a global scale.
You have
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ideally, experience with Success Factors.
• Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
• Familiarity with the employee lifecycle is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to integrate new lifecycle surveys with existing surveys.
• Innovative mindset to drive the introduction and integration of employee lifecycle surveys.
• Additional Requirement:
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
