Job role
The Executive Assistant supports the Head of Allianz Technology Romania in driving strategic priorities, ensuring effective internal and external communication, orchestrating leadership routines, and coordinating special initiatives across the organization. It is a high-trust, high-visibility role suitable for a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented professional.
What you will do
- Lead or support cross-functional projects with organizational impact (e.g., culture & engagement initiatives, operational improvement projects, event coordination, transformation activities)
- Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Develop decision documents, prepare presentations
- Conduct research, summarize insights, and prepare recommendations for decision making
- Support internal communication channels to drive transparency and engagement
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting packs, follow-ups, and ensure action items are tracked and completed
- Coordinate leadership team routines and governance (steerco meetings, leadership forums, town halls)
- Manage complex calendars, travel and meeting schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Involvement in meaningful transformation and culture-building initiatives
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in management, communications, consulting, or business support roles
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, planning, and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is required, additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on, “make it happen” mindset
- Relationship builder who can work across teams and cultures
You have
- 5+ years of experience in management, communications, consulting, or business support roles
