Role Overview:

Assist in managing intercompany charging process in AZSE, focusing on invoicing, receivable management, and stakeholder interactions. This role requires foundational knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Controlling, and accounting, along with strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is desirable as we prepare to implement SAP FAP in 2026. 

 

What you do: 

  • Issue invoices and prepare dunning runs using SAP SD
  • Interact with stakeholders, legal entities, and other departments within Allianz SE
  • Support SAP Controlling processes and integrate them with SD tasks
  • Assist in testing and transitioning to SAP S/4HANA
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports using Excel

 

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Controlling or Finance in an international environment
  • University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Financials and Accounting)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel-create dashboards, pivot, financial formulas, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and SAP Controlling.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Desirable experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent English written and spoken
