Job role

We are looking for a seasoned Functional Business Owner to lead the SuccessFactors Recruiting module and its Phenom add-on. This role carries strategic responsibility for a critical component of our HR technology ecosystem, driving functional excellence and innovation across our talent acquisition platforms

 

What you will do

  • Assume functional ownership of the SuccessFactors Recruiting module/Phenom and serve as the main interface between the Product Owner in the Group People & Culture Ops&IT team and Allianz Operating Entities' talent acquisition departments
  • Enhance Recruiting functionalities to increase global user experience and productivity; Co-design new (AI) features for SuccessFactors/Phenom with HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders; gather requirements and write user stories.
  • Collaborate with entities and (senior) stakeholders to develop an aligned strategic Talent Acquisition Roadmap, assess vendor solutions and translate the demands into global, scalable, actionable business requirements
  • Manage Change Requests backlog: functional prioritization, quarterly planning, and continuous communication with stakeholders
  • Provide training and support for end users (especially recruiters)
  • Stay ahead of trends in HR tech, AI, and digital tools to unlock efficiency and innovatio

 

What you bring

  • Expertise in HR IT applications, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module; Phenom platform expertise is a plus
  • Project and stakeholder management: Track record managing cross-functional initiatives, independently driving follow-ups and decisions with stakeholders, and confidently engaging senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive and independent working style with the ability to deliver high-quality results even under time pressure
  • Communication and presentation excellence: Strong English proficiency (written and spoken); exceptional interpersonal skills; able to produce executive-ready presentations with a professional look and feel
  • Analytical problem solving: Strong analytical mindset, able to frame complex business problems, synthesize insights, and define clear, actionable solutions.
  • Understanding of recruiting processes; ideally operational recruiting experience
  • Ideally Change Request process knowledge using JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Ideally experience / good understanding of Allianz Group global setup
  • Experience applying ChatGPT and Generative AI

 

You have

  • HR Technology Expertise: Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting; familiarity with Phenom and HR process flows.
  • Project & Stakeholder Leadership: Skilled in managing cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior executives.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability: Strong capability to frame complex challenges and define actionable solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation Excellence: Fluent in English with the ability to create executive-level presentations and communicate effectively.
  • Digital & Organizational Agility: Experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Generative AI; able to work independently and prioritize under pressure
