Job Role

 

As part of the Group Controlling Services Team, the ServiceNow Functional Consultant will support & advise the IT Cost Controlling team to maintain current out of the box & custom applications (Financial Management, Project Portfolio Management & other ServiceNow products), gather & analyze new requirements & implement new business processes in Service Now.
 

What will you do

 

  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements, plan, create and document the necessary user stories, develop and test them before moving to production instance;
  • Review current functionalities, suggest necessary upgrades to support future sustainability;
  • Assist with system testing and UAT;
  • Support / consult business with the implementation of further processes in ServiceNow;
  • Responsibility for ServiceNow Controlling Platform;
  • Manage regularly updates & upgrades and further development;
  • Review current functionalities, suggest necessary upgrades to support future sustainability;
  • Support / consult business with the implementation of further processes in ServiceNow.

 

What you bring

 

  • 4 years experience as ServiceNow Consultant(Technical and/or Functional);
  • JavaScript medium knowledge;
  • Fluent in English is a must;
  • Relevant work experience in Finance, Controlling, Reporting;
  • Knowledge of MS365;
  • Self-starter and autonomous work attitude.
