Job role

The Global Service Owner (GSO) for Digital Resilience Services is responsible for the strategic

implementation and operational excellence of the Global Service Line (GSL). 

This executive role involves orchestrating the delivery of expertise domains across multiple locations,

ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving growth and innovation within the GSL.

This role is reporting directly to the GSL Head, and governs the following service domains:    

Business Continuity, Protective Security, Emergency Response, Global Incident

Coordination, Crisis Management Preparedness, Third Party Risk Management, Third Party

Cyber Risk Management, P&R Governance, P&R Project Management, Threat Risk

Assessment Cyber, Cyber Risk Quantification.

What you will do

 

  • Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Digital Resilience Services GSL, focusing on operational efficiency, business development and OE Benefits for the mentioned service domains.
  • Oversee the execution of the location strategy, enabling expertise service domains to be delivered from multiple hubs.
  • Manage and support Team Leaders across various locations (RO, ES, DE), ensuring effective leadership and operational success.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Head of GSL and Team Leaders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Lead client management efforts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide support to drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the service line.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service management, operations, or IT leadership roles
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across levels, jurisdictions, and entities
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international, diverse, and highly interdisciplinary environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple jurisdictions and entities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

  • Proven track record of managing global services across multiple regions and cultures
  • Strong expertise in service management frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership
  • Experience with service performance metrics, governance models, and operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
