Job role

In this position you will play a key role in the non-financial reporting process for the Allianz Group, focusing on supporting the environmental reporting cycles for Allianz Operations, as well as analysis of the data collected for environmental reporting at Group level.

The Global Environmental Reporting Analyst will support with ensuring the risk management framework of the group reporting process and will work closely with the central sustainability functions. 

 

What you will do

  • Support the implementation of Allianz's environmental reporting requirements by preparing, analyzing, and delivering sustainability-related information for Allianz’s Annual Report.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with relevant frameworks, such as the GHG Standard Protocol and CSRD, throughout the reporting process.
  • Prepare and monitor the data collection process to ensure accurate reporting and transparency.
  • Support internal and external audits related to environmental reporting.
  • Analyze environmental performance data and KPIs to support Allianz's sustainability strategy.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

You have

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in sustainability/environmental reporting, environmental management, or a similar field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or any other related field
  • Profound knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol, SBTi)
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
  • Experience and knowledge in carbon footprint calculation methodology
  • Experience in preparing analytical reports
  • Knowledge of operational processes (procurement, real estate, energy management, corporate fleet, etc.) is a plus
