Job role

As the Global Service Owner (GSO) for Attraction & Recruitment Services, you will lead the global strategy, performance, and evolution of the A&R service portfolio across all Allianz Services locations. You ensure high quality, scalable recruitment services aligned with Allianz Services’ strategy, the HRS verticalization roadmap, and the Service Transformation Program (STP). In this role, you define service strategy, drive improvement, ensure operational excellence, and partner with global and local teams in a matrix environment. 

 

What you will do

  1. Service Strategy & Vision
  • You set the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for A&R services.
  • You define service goals and guide the vertical’s long term evolution.
  • You ensure alignment with HRS Transformation and Allianz Group expectations.

     2. Service Design & Improvement

  • You design and maintain standardized processes, tools, and SLAs across hubs.
  • You drive continuous improvement and automation.
  • You align your work with STP standards and digital transformation goals.

    3. Global Service Delivery & Performance

  • You ensure end to end global delivery meeting SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • You monitor dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with Service Delivery Managers.
  • You manage global escalations and ensure seamless cross-location operations.

    4. Financial & Resource Management

  • You steer global service budgets, including run, change, and tooling costs.
  • You plan capacity needs and ensure workforce readiness.
  • You assess delivery footprint decisions based on maturity, language, talent, and cost.

    5. Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • You represent customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • You build strong relationships across Group People & Culture, OEs, Service Delivery, CSAM, Controlling, and other functions.
  • You support onboarding, solution design, pricing, and lifecycle governance.
  • You ensure clear communication on service changes and performance.

    6. Governance, Compliance & Risk

  • You ensure compliance with data protection, security, and safeguarding standards.
  • You identify risks early and maintain service continuity.
  • You follow lifecycle management in MS Dynamics and uphold service taxonomy governance.
  • You respect global RACI principles, partnering with local line managers as needed.

    7. Global Operating Model & Matrix Work

  • You collaborate effectively within the global matrix, with Delivery Leads, SDMs, and People & Culture.
  • You support global organizational design and reporting line clarity.
  • You help align workforce planning, work allocation, and performance management.

    8. Transformation & Change Leadership

  • You drive STP and digital transformation initiatives.
  • You shape the future of HRS service delivery and global shared services.
  • You support taxonomy and service description development and model rollouts.

  • Matrix Reporting: Head of Global HR Services (GSL HRS)
  • Collaboration: Delivery Leads, SDMs, CSAM, Controlling, Data Office, P&C, Org Management

Role Scope & Impact

  • You manage the full global A&R portfolio across hubs.
  • You influence service strategy, performance, customer experience, and transformation.
  • You enable recruitment services to scale effectively and meet global business needs. 

 

What you bring

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar; master’s is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years in global HR operations, Talent Acquisition, or Shared Services.
  • Experience in multi hub delivery environments is valuable.
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and KPIs.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HR ticketing, and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Language

  • Fluent English; German or French preferred.
