Job role

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent for Back Office activities with German language skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle Master Data changes in the system (e.g. system address changes) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

 

What will you do  

 

 

· Data Entry: Accurately inputting information into the system according to established guidelines and standards.

· Address and Contact Updates: Handling updates to customer or vendor addresses, contact  details, and related information.

· Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity and consistency by conducting regular checks and 
validations.

· Record Maintenance: Managing records within the master data system, including archiving

outdated information and updating records as needed.

· Communication: Collaborating with team members or stakeholders to gather or clarify information related to data entry and updates. 

· Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. 

· Compliance: Adhering to data privacy regulations and company policies regarding data management and security.
 
· These activities will help ensure accurate and up-to-date master data, which is crucial for effective decision-making and operations within an organization.

· Further cross training for other processes within Insurance Operation Pillar, including Call Center activities

 

What you bring  

 

 

· Highly motivated team player with a strong service mentality, taking ownership and pride in responsibilities and work. 

· Demonstrated ambition, motivation, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. 

· Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

· Strong attention to detail and precision in data management.

 

You have  

 

 

· Fluency in German, both written and verbal, is essential. 

· Good English skills both written and verbal. 

· University Studies 

· Minimum of 6 months of professional work experience. 

· Prior experience in data entry or back office operations, particularly within a customer service context, is a plus. 

· Background in economics, financial, insurance or banking is a plus.
