Job role

 

The Local Information Security Function shall be responsible for adaptation and implementation of the related Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities defined by Allianz Services Global ISO Function, risk identification and assessment, prevention of local information security risks and advice with respect to the Information Security risk areas of the local entity of Allianz Services as well as for the services provided by the local entity to its customers. 

 

 

What you will do

 

Localization of the Allianz Services Global Information Security Framework defined in our IT&IS Policy and respective corporate rulebooks.

If applicable, ensure local entity compliance to local and global regulations (incl. customer needs e.g., DORA).

Assure proper governance of local information security related risks and activities (e.g., Conducting regular local Information Security Steering Board meetings.)

Escalate the local entity information security related risks to the local management and as well as central ISO function.

Support the Head of local entity, local COO and Allianz Service Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with the incorporation of Allianz Group and Allianz Services annual goals.

Support the Head of local entity and Local COO with the implementation of applicable rules and regulations according to the Allianz Services Corporate Rulebook (CRB) and all other relevant procedures within the local organization (e.g. ARA process).

Act as point of contact for information security (IS) related topics within the local entity.

Support with IS requirements during the design and development phase of a project, service or unit.

Ensure all relevant security requirements are addressed locally during the service life cycle for services offered from the local entity.

Contribute the preparation of IS risk assessments.

Manage the security incident process by managing and supervising investigations of IS incidents occurring in the local entity.

Ensure that IS incidents are reported to Allianz Services CISO, Global Information Security team and coordinated by the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC).

Track and report the completion rate of the IS Mandatory Training for local entity to ensure an adequate level of IS knowledge and awareness among employees.

Implement and oversee the roll out of IS awareness campaigns for the local entity in order to foster an organizational culture that values strong security.

Report and escalate security-related issues to the Allianz Services CISO.

Maintain ISO 27001 certification (if applicable for the location).

You have

 

Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT/Information Security or related field.

Profound knowledge of information security management systems and relevant industry standards, in particular ISO2700x and COBIT.

Good understanding of IT and IT security technology and processes.

Project management or basic team leadership experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability to evolving security landscapes.

Ability to mediate and negotiate effectively.
