Job Role
As a P&R Expert, you will provide operational support for the Protection & Resilience services offered to clients globally with focus on Protective Security Management, Emergency Response Management, and Crisis Management Preparedness.
What will you do
- Support the delivery of Protective Security Management (PSM), Emergency Response Management (ERM), and Crisis Management Preparedness (CMP) services provided to clients globally.
- Support the coordination and communication between the managed domains and and other converging P&R domains (Business Continuity, Incident Coordination, etc.).
- Perform GAP analysis, process evaluation, threat identification and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Perform threat and risk identification for the locations of the customer.
- Prepare Protection & Resilience documentations, reports and analysis.
- Support in the development of Protection & Resilience awareness materials among the customer´s employees and on top level management.
- Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specific to PSM, ERM, and CMP.
- Analyze deviations from the Group Standard requirements under the guidance of senior roles.
- Prepare, revise and maintain relevant documentation / plans and training materials.
- Prepare and support coordination of specific exercises, and prepare the post-exercise reports.
What you bring
- University degree (preferably in a security connected area)
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in PSM / ERM / Crisis Management.
- Ideally experience in conducting relevant workshops and training.
- Global and cross-cultural experience

- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms).
- Knowledge of GenAI and ChatGPT usage and applicability.
- Fluent business English is necessary, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
