Job role

 

The People Operations Administrator provides outstanding, comprehensive support to internal clients across various programs, processes, tools, and systems. This role ensures compliance with local legislation while delivering exceptional employee experience, throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including internal movements. Where required, you will work with other providers and ensure the harmonious delivery of standardized People Operations services to both People & Culture experts as well as employees. 

 

 

What you will do

 

Prepare employment documents, including offers, contracts, and addendums, ensuring proper signature collection and archiving in accordance with local IT systems.

Collaborate with Workers' Council and Workers' Representatives in line with local policies and regulations.

Assist the local People & Culture Function and People Business Partners with operational tasks and administrative matters, including legal topics.

Create and manage relevant documents and certificates for immigration offices, family funds, kindergartens, housing searches, banks, and job tickets, etc. ensuring proper tracking and archiving per local policies.

Facilitate relocation arrangements in collaboration with external providers and maintain effective communication with incoming employees.

Partner with the local payroll provider to manage employee records, update databases for new hires, separations, vacations, and sick leaves, and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, to ensure efficient People Operations delivery.

Work closely with the employee data maintenance teams (local and global) to ensure data quality aligns with global standards and supports global technical rollouts.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Recruitment, People Operations, Rewards & Performance and Learning & Development teams. 

 

 

What you bring

 

Professional experience in personnel administration, minimum 2 years.

Basic knowledge of local labor laws, including legal documentation and social security.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders, preferably within a regional/ international shared service center.

Proactive mindset with excellent customer orientation.

High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.

Technical proficiency with employee data maintenance tools such as SuccessFactors and Payroll systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent organizational abilities.

Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English (minimum C1), both written and verbal.

Additional language skills like Slovakian or Czech is considered an advantage.
