Job role

Operational procurement role with paralegal responsibilities in the TPRM and DORA area. Responsible for checking and reviewing the purchase requisition process and the relevant documentation and act in accordance with the compliance procedures. Part of the operational procurement team, working together with multiple colleagues on handling the procurement process from PR creation until PO generation.

What you will do

Enrollment of new suppliers to the ARIBA tool and training of the participants
Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal

governance frameworks (e.g., competition law, data protection, anti-corruption)

Conduct legal and compliance due diligence on suppliers, including TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) assessments
Review and assess contractual risks, liability clauses, indemnification provisions, and

insurance requirements

Knowledge of legal terminology, contract structures, and standard commercial terms
Ensure ICT vendor contracts comply with DORA requirements including operational

resilience provisions, audit rights, exit strategies, and incident reporting obligations

Identify and drive process optimization
Work in SAP FI, ARIBA, SAP-MM
Control the relevant Desktop procedures for all services to be up to date

What you bring

Fluent English and German for customer and internal communication
Customer and service oriented
ARIBA System knowledge
SAP-FI/MM knowledge
Paralegal certification or legal studies background (it’s a plus)
Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working

University Degree
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within procurement, contract management, or paralegal roles Excellent communication skills

International cross functional work experience
Experience in corporate environment, preferably in financial services or insurance sector.
