Job role

 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Transformation & Operations Manager to support the Global Head of Procurement in driving the global procurement transformation journey within Allianz Services. This is an exciting opportunity to actively shape and operationalize our Global Procurement Target Operating Model, contributing to strategic initiatives and procurement process standardization.

The role offers the chance to work across a dynamic, international environment with multiple stakeholders and functions, supporting procurement operations and transformation programs at a global level.

Job Purpose:

Support the Head of Procurement in the design, implementation, and governance of the Global Procurement Target Operating Model within Allianz Services. This role will lead key initiatives related to procurement transformation projects, process standardization, reporting, and operational procurement support across all Allianz Services locations.

 

What you will do

 

  • Support the Head of Procurement in driving procurement transformation initiatives, including Monalisa program deliverables, SAP implementation, and Global Standard for Procurement rollout.
  • Lead and coordinate global procurement transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a central coordination point for procurement projects involving multiple functions (TPRM, Data Privacy, ISO, Sustainability, and Legal).
  • Oversee process standardization, reporting harmonization, and governance activities for procurement across Allianz Services globally.
  • Collaborate closely with FBS Procure to Pay service lines in Romania and India to ensure alignment with the future Target Operating Model.
  • Manage the transition planning and integration of new locations into the standard procurement operating framework.
  • Coordinate the Source to Contract operational setup for bundled or regional procurement structures (e.g., Spain & Portugal, India & Malaysia).
  • Develop and monitor key procurement reports and KPIs, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
  • Provide procurement support and expertise to locations without existing procurement teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for senior management and project steering committees.

 

What you bring

 

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, procurement project management, or procurement transformation roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams.

 

You have

 

  • Solid understanding of procurement systems, ideally SAP, Ariba, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
