Allianz Technology – Workplace Services is hiring a Product Owner for AI Productivity Solutions to drive our enterprise rollout of platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude for Enterprise. We're looking for a strong communicator who can move fluently between CxO-level strategy conversations and technical deep dives with engineering teams. You bring genuine passion for AI, a clear point of view on where the technology is heading, and the ability to translate that vision into a product strategy that scales across the group.
What you do
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI productivity solutions (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot), ensuring features are prioritized in line with business value and strategic objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison between Workplace Services leadership, end-users, and the delivery squad, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the AI productivity solutions rollout across all phases
- Lead sprint reviews and planning sessions, aligning stakeholders on scope, progress, and trade-offs
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather structured feedback to drive iterative improvements
- Monitor adoption metrics, KPIs, and user satisfaction to validate delivery outcomes
- Manage risks and dependencies related to product scope, integration, and go-live milestones
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, data privacy regulations, and AI vendor usage policies and Microsoft acceptable use policies
- Champion the end-user experience and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the squad
What you bring
- Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree with significant experience considered
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Manager, or equivalent certification
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise IT environments, with a demonstrable track record in senior or lead roles
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS or AI-powered tooling at scale within large organizations
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product backlog management
- Familiarity with enterprise AI productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar)
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance) is advantageous
