Job role
The Rewards Expert will be part of Allianz Services HR area and will contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of key Rewards and Compensation processes at global level.
The role combines strong analytical capabilities with a good understanding of HR and compensation processes, supporting topics such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, executive compensation, job evaluation, benchmarking, reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with global and local HR stakeholders, the Rewards Expert will help ensure that Rewards processes are delivered in a consistent, timely and high-quality manner, while also identifying opportunities to improve, standardize and further develop the way we support the business.
What you will do
- Supporting global and local Rewards processes, including salary review, bonus cycle, compensation analysis and related reporting activities.
- Working closely with Global Rewards and Performance Lead and the wider HR team on Rewards, Compensation and Performance-related topics.
- Providing data analysis, reports and insights to support management decisions and HR stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and materials related to Rewards topics for decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Contributing to job evaluation / grading activities and executive compensation-related processes, where applicable.
- Supporting benchmark studies and compensation structure reviews to help ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Collaborating with local HR teams and international stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and timely delivery of Rewards processes.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve Rewards processes across functions and geographies.
- Supporting documentation, process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives related to Rewards activities.
- Acting as a reliable collaboration partner for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accuracy and a solution-oriented approach.
What you bring
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar field.
- Previous experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Generalist or a similar analytical HR role.
- Good understanding of compensation and HR processes; knowledge of performance and compensation practices is considered an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with data, reports and different stakeholders across countries and functions.
