Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies within a dynamic AI implementation initiative. This role is pivotal in fostering high-performing, self-organizing cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the program. The Agile Delivery Manager will champion Agile principles, proactively monitor progress, and remove delivery impediments while providing hands-on coaching and facilitation. Additionally, the role involves assessing team needs, tailoring Agile approaches accordingly, and offering expert Agile consultation to stakeholders and leadership as needed.

What you do

• Agile Cycle Facilitation: Support the Project Lead in planning, executing, and steering Agile cycles, including key ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Tool Administration: Manage and maintain Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to ensure transparency, traceability, and efficient workflow management;
• Executive Communication: Prepare compelling presentations and storytelling materials for senior management, translating delivery insights into strategic narratives;
• Dual Expertise: Bring a strong foundation in Agile methodologies combined with project management skills and conceptual thinking to navigate complex delivery environments;
• Team Enablement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster alignment, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring  

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in Agile delivery management, ideally within AI or tech-driven initiatives at least 4 years; 
• Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects with conceptual and strategic planning; at least 4 years;
• Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile workflows;
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to prepare and present insights to senior leadership;
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Certifications: Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP preferred;
• Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity;
