Job role
You will collaborate across teams, manage communication projects end-to-end, and lead impactful campaigns that bring clarity, alignment, and visibility to our organization’s priorities. This position offers the opportunity to use your exceptional storytelling, writing, and stakeholder-management skills to create meaningful communication experiences and build a strong, coherent presence for our hub.
A key part of the role will be to coordinate employer branding activities in close alignment with our communication agenda – ensuring consistent messaging, supporting talent attraction, and reinforcing our identity as a great place to work.
What you will do
• Develop and execute clear, engaging, and consistent communication strategies that effectively convey key messages across the organization.
• Lead internal communication initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful messaging across presentations, scripts, intranet content, newsletters, announcements, and leadership communication.
• Manage communication activities for strategic business priorities, strengthening internal alignment, culture, and organizational reputation.
• Collaborate with global Allianz Technology communication teams to align messaging, contribute to global campaigns, support Group-wide projects, and ensure consistent identity across all markets.
• Localize and implement global communication initiatives, guidelines, and content frameworks for the Romanian hub.
• Provide communication support for internal and external events, including town halls, leadership visits, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, prepare post-campaign reports, and continuously improve formats based on insights and industry best practices.
• Coordinate employer branding activities in partnership with People & Culture, ensuring a strong and consistent presence for Allianz Technology Romania in line with Group governance.
• Lead the social media presence of Allianz Technology Romania, including strategy, content planning, publishing, monitoring, analytics, and community engagement across platforms.
• Act as project manager and main point of contact for creative agencies and internal design resources, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned content.
• Represent Allianz Technology Romania in relevant Allianz Group communication and employer branding committees.
• Manage social media analytics and KPIs, measuring the success of campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support talent attraction and employee pride through promotion materials, storytelling, content creation, and campaign coordination.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Project Management, or related field.
• Over 10 years’ experience of communication and marketing experience preferably in tech organizations
• Strong expertise in internal communication, content creation, and managing multi-channel communication.
• Experience in project management and working with creative agencies or design teams.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 apps, MS PowerPoint, Word, and communication platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken);

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize communication strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
