Job role

This role sits within a dedicated team at Allianz Services and holds full, sole accountability for the Master Service Agreement (MSA) governing the relationship between Allianz Partners and Allianz Services. The role requires the ability to operate independently as the single point of responsibility across all contractual matters, working collaboratively with legal, commercial, and operational stakeholders at both entities.

What you will do

Change Request Management: 

• Own and manage all change requests under the MSA from initiation through to formal sign-off.
• Ensure changes are accurately captured, tracked and reflected in the contract.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between Allianz Services and the Contract Management Team on the Operating Entity (OE) side.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment across all parties.

BAU Contract Evolution:

• Manage the onboarding of new entities and countries within Allianz Partners into the MSA.
• Incorporate new services and evolving business requirements into existing contractual frameworks.

Service Portfolio Alignment:    

• Ensure contractual updates accurately reflect evolutions in the Allianz Services service portfolio. 
• Coordinate with internal service owners to maintain alignment between operational reality and contractual scope.

Contract Drafting:

• Draft all appendixes, amendments, and contractual change documents.
• Work in close collaboration with the Allianz Services Legal team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Commercial Translation:

• Participate actively in commercial discussions and translate agreed commercial outcomes into precise contractual language.
• Bridge the gap between business intent and legal documentation.

What you bring

• Senior-level experience in contract management (IT/technology services preferred)
• Proven track record managing complex Master Service Agreements
• Experience working as a sole contract manager with broad end-to-end ownership
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. 

You have

• Strong understanding of MSA structures, appendixes, and amendments
• Ability to draft and negotiate contract changes with legal precision
• Familiarity with IT service portfolio management concepts
• Autonomous and self-directed – comfortable operating as single point of accountability
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high-quality drafting capability
• English – professional proficiency required
• University degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields.
