Job role
Engage in a service that is responsible for the coordination and execution of qualitative and quantitative Cyber Risk Assessments for Allianz Entities (50+). This role will be part of the Resilience as a Service division, and act within it as a micro-cluster delivering cyber risk assessments, Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) services and supporting the continuous evolution of cyber risk assessment methodologies.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain the cyber risk quantification model in collaboration with the vendor
- Regularly analyze and validate input data and model results
- Support the delivery of qualitative and quantitative cyber risk assessment services provided to Allianz Operating Entities globally
- Analyze, interpret and communicate cyber risk assessment results to support risk-informed decision-making across the Allianz Group
- Evaluate and present assessment and model results
- Analyse and coordinate model changes and updates
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of cyber risk assessment methodologies, scenarios and supporting frameworks based on the evolving cyber threat landscape
- Provide functional support for internal platforms as well as conception and testing of functional requirements
- Conduct training sessions and provide functional support for tool users
- Prepare, revise and maintain assessment methodologies, reports and relevant documentation
What you bring
- Experience with cyber risk quantification models or similar analytical risk assessment methodologies is a plus
- Good knowledge of cyber risk management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative risk assessment results, identify trends, interpret complex information, and derive meaningful cyber risk insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex cyber risk concepts and assessment results to business stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
You have
- 5+ years of experience in cyber risk management
- Experience in cyber risk assessment, quantitative risk analysis, enterprise risk management, or related analytical disciplines is considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions
- Experience in cyber risk and knowledge of information security standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, information security, engineering, mathematics, Statistics, , or a related field is recommended
