Job role

 

Senior Recruiter is managing end-to end recruitment services for filling in the vacancies for the customer – from screening to interview and final offer.

 

What you will do

 

Manage the recruiting process and ensure an excellent candidate experience for internal and external candidates of all levels of professional seniority

Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partner, Talent Management, People Care team, Compensation team, Onboarding Team, Communications team and more) to help Hiring Managers identify, attract and hire the talent required to support our current and future business goals and strategy;

Moderate Kick-off, Briefing and Hiring Meetings with Hiring Managers

Lead and conduct pre-screening and behavioural-based interviews

Proactively research and map talent across the tech industry, companies, and geographies using advanced sourcing tools.

Proactively create talent pipelines via different sourcing tools and strategies, and proactively contact and connect with actively sourced/headhunted potential candidates

Ensure that the recruitment process steps are compliant with functional rules and policiesManage the relationship with both internal and third party/external vendors, such as Active Sourcing and Headhunter services

Manage administration tasks, preparing the necessary information for the Workers' Council validation of offers, updating systems, trackers and internal stakeholders, acting as single point of contact for candidates until their start date

 

What you bring

 

3+ years of working experience in human resources/people experience function, preferably in recruiting and/or any customer-facing roles, ideally in an international environment

University Degree in a relevant field of activity or relevant work experience

Experience in relationship management and ability to partner closely with hiring managers in different countries

Excellent MS-Office skills, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and AI recruiting tools will be a plus

Vast knowledge on IT international Talent market and trends.

Experience in Actively Sourcing/Headhunting internationally for IT profiles using advanced sourcing tools.

Experience in recruiting and managing Executive recruiting processes.

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
