Job role

The Services Delivery Lead is responsible for the end to end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Record to Report, Quote to Cash & Payment as a Services areas, within the Financial Business Services Pillar.The role combines people leadership, service delivery accountability, and strong stakeholder alignment to ensure high quality, compliant, and customer focused outcomes.

What you will do

  • Lead and ensure end to end delivery of Record to Report, Quote to Cash & Payment as a Services, services in line with Global Service Line standards, customer expectations, and local regulations.
  • Set the vision, direction and culture of their teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence and holding their teams accountable to meet and exceed performance targets;
  • Provide inspirational leadership, winning appropriate mindshare, alignment and support towards delivering company vision and business opportunities;
  • Provides support to new business opportunities. Takes an active supporting role in bids and supports the transition and implementation of new business (including new service offers);
  • Provides expert problem management support to difficult, high profile customer issues and ensures root cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit;
  • Remove obstacles to speed and agility, and maintain a streamlined organization with high levels of accountability and empowerment;
  • Develop, implement or change processes as necessary to allow Financial Business Services to scale at an accelerated pace without impacting customer and employee experience;
  • Drives improvements and implementation of global operation processes and quality assurance as well as the development of policies and procedures regarding the areas in scope;
  • Communicates actively and ensures proactive information management and may guide employees through change initiatives;
  • Responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations;
  • Ensure compliance with risk, governance, contractual, and occupational health & safety requirements across all delivered services.
  • Oversee financial discipline at team level, including FTE steering, billing accuracy, planning and forecasting inputs, and adherence to internal finance procedures.
  • Ad hoc project work including analysis of deliverables as well as meeting deadlines/milestones and appropriate information and communication for the management.

    What you bring


  • Proven experience in people leadership and service delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of end to end service delivery models, governance, and performance management in a global or matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and discussions in English.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage capacity, deadlines, and competing demands.
  • Experience working in multicultural, multi-location delivery setups, including offshore and onshore collaboration models.
  • Analytical and customer oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation (e.g. IT, automation, or GenAI).We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

You have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics or any other related field.
  • At least 8 years of Financial and Leadership Background,
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Very good level of self-organization and proactivity, with a strong ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, and customer-centric working style.
  • Cross-cultural experience, with the ability to operate within a global team environment and work within global virtual teams.
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
