Job role

The Service Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role demands a proactive approach to organizing, preparing, and facilitating meetings and workshops, aimed at aligning stakeholders and driving project success.

 

What you will do

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings / workshops with the internal teams as well as with customers;

Continuous Service Improvement / Quality Management: 

  • Conduct retrospective sessions with customers and service delivery team to ensure a continuous service improvement;

Reporting project specific information to various stakeholders:

  • Regular project reporting covering topics such as achievements, risks, issues, impediments, decisions & team capacity;
  • KPIs tracking and reporting;

Provide support to Account Managers by assisting in sales-related activities such as proposal preparation (PowerPoint and Excel);
Manage documentation, including service plans, reports, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
Organize Team Building Events, Offsite Events, Travel Management;

 

What you bring

  • Coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally;
  • Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams „proactive customer-centric working style”;
  • Incorporation of good self-organization is required;
  • Autonomous working style;
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. 

 

You have

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or similar;
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience ideally with experience in service/project management, preferably with a focus on global projects and services coordination;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluent English is required (speaking and writing);
