Role Overview  

 

The Transformation Architect is responsible to drive standardization, harmonization and continuous optimization/ digitization of Allianz processes, methods, and tools & applications across existing/ new customer engagements and local Deliver Hubs (in close collaboration with Gl. Service Leads and Local Delivery Leads/ Mgrs). The expert is responsible to design and apply a consistent framework for the design/ build, implementation, and quality of a globally integrated end-to-end solution, following an industrialized platform approach.

 

What you do 

 

  • Drives Six Sigma transformation programs, and closely monitors progress and impact; 
  • Drives harmonization and standardisation of processes, methods, and underlying tools & applications across existing/ new Business Services engagements and local Deliver Centers (in close collaboration with Global Service Leads, and Local Delivery Leads/ Operations Managers); 
  • Provides a unified framework for the design/ build, implementation, ramp-up and continuous improvement of a globally integrated Shared Services, following an industrialized platform approach (incl. continuous improvement & innovation of services);
  • Facilitates and accelerates process transformation: Robotization > Automation > Industrialization > Digitization;
  • Ensures usage/ implementation of structured Advanced Business and Data Analytics @ Shared Services; incl. facilitation of Process Mining (with support from Allianz Consulting);
  • Responsible for market screening, understand Allianz Operating Entity needs, define Operating Entity specific approach for global service line (with support of Allianz Services | Customer Solutions & Account Management team);
  • Responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations;
  • Coordinates and drives complex projects and engages with different departments in order to deliver the best results;


What you bring 

 

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification;
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Fluent in English and German;
  • 5-7 years leadership experience in multicultural context;
  • Hands on experience in leading transformation programs/Continuous Improvement;
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
