AIX System Engineer

What you do
- Perform AIX, pSeries related administration tasks
- Patch management, security updates
- Performance optimization
- Troubleshooting problems/open tickets to vendors
- Disaster Recovery management
- Planning and consultation support for projects related to the AIX/pSeries environment
- To ensure the daily operation of AIX system within the boundaries key performance indicators described in the related service description.
- To manage capacity, system security, proactively maintain software updates, control hardware operational status of the above systems
- To fulfill customer request described in service description
What you bring
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Adequate experience in a similar position and in multinational environment
- Strong problem determination skills
- Solid knowledge of virtualization solutions
- English is required for daily work
- Proactive approach is expected
