About the Job
- Provides data for asset accounting activities
- Invoice processing overseeing
- Preparation of supporting documents in accounting area
- Fulfilment of Business Travel process
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Manage AMEX cards process
- Cash management support
- Local statistical and IFRS reporting
- Gives support to Head of Finance, Regional Accounting Officer and Accountant based on request
- Active contribution in improving and implementing local operation processes and workflows
- The ability to work individually
- Respects all circulars/decisions, methodological norms and working procedures and internal
- regulation
- Supports the preparation of all documents that belong to the quality management system
- (procedures, instructions etc.) related to accounting processes
- Fulfils other activities set by the Regional Accounting Officer or the manager of the organizational entity to which it belongs
What you bring
- Good knowledge of statutory accounting principles
- Language requirements: English - intermediate
- University degree in accounting, economics, or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles (complex accounting)
- Good experience with SAP FI accounting systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-managed profile, able to organize the accounting tasks in order to meet the terms related to monthly/quarterly and year-end closings
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines “Can do” attitude.
