About the Job 

 The Delivery Centre Lead is responsible for the strategic alignment with CDC Global Shared Service to deliver high level of operational efficiency of the Delivery Centre in Hungary. This role works closely with Global Chapter Area Leads ensure effective and efficient Service Delivery and Talent Management – Attain, develop and retain talent as per the agreed SWP while optimizing and stabilizing service delivery

 

What you do

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Provide local leadership and clarity to CDC colleagues in Hungary Delivery Centre.
    • Be an integral member of the CDC leadership team, drive assigned global initiatives.
    • Ensure of alignment of CDC Global strategy and goals with the performance targets of CDC Hungary Delivery center colleagues.

 

  • HC CE Service Management:
    • Support relevant Tribe Leads for ‘Hybrid Cloud CE Service Delivery’ to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
    • Support relevant Tribe leads to transform/evolve/integrate HC CE services to Global Shared Services where applicable.
    • Support relevant Tribe leads to oversee the capacity, availability, and serviceability of CDC HC CE Services.
    • Facilitate communication channels between HC CE customers and in-house delivery teams.
    • Act as a link between Hungary Branch / Regional org and CDC stakeholders facilitating smooth and collaborative functioning to deliver value to customer.

 

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop strong relationships with CE OE IT management and support regular OE service management calls.
    • Understand customer IT landscapes and ensure Hybrid Cloud services align with overall customer needs.
    • Facilitate communication channels between customers and in-house delivery teams
    • Listen to annual NPS feedback, build and execute steps to improve it

 

  • People Management:
    • Sponsor upskilling/cross skilling initiatives for CDC Hungary.
    • Track job market changes and build it into retention strategy.
    • Evaluate/create/execute steps to continuously improve AES.
    • Participate in Branch level line management initiatives, ensure alignment with CDC initiatives and support Branch Manager to meet Branch targets

 

  • Financial Management:
    • Support relevant Tribe Leads to create and manage annual cost and revenue budgets for Hybrid Cloud CE Service (D20, B41 profit center).
    • Support relevant Tribe Leads to maintain a price catalog for Hybrid Cloud CE Service (BSN:8001075).
    • Track billing and ensure PPM-based booking of all CDC Hungary resources
    • Support relevant Tribe Leads to supervise software/hardware maintenance contracts for HC CE and support central procurement in negotiations as needed
    • Support relevant Tribe Leads to develop business cases to support service portfolio development decisions.

What you bring

  • Proven People Leader
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the cloud and data center services industry.
  • Proven IT track record (academic and experience)
  • Strong understanding of On Prem and Public Cloud services and customer relationship management.
  • Good financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to easily communicate data center and cloud engineers, having right level of technological and architectural understanding
  • MBA degree is advantage
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
