Employee Engagement, Communication & Events Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and business-minded professional to join our team as an Employee Engagement, Communication & Events Specialist. In this role, you will bring Allianz Hungary’s strategy, culture, and priorities closer to employees through impactful internal communication and engaging employee experiences. You will translate business priorities into clear and compelling content while managing end-to-end internal events that strengthen engagement and belonging.
Your responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communication and employee engagement initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
- Translate business strategies and leadership messages into clear, engaging communication materials
- Create and manage content across multiple channels (newsletter, intranet, internal social platform, emails, presentations, videos)
- Strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture through communication and experience-driven initiatives
- Manage internal events end-to-end, from concept and planning to execution and evaluation
- Ensure alignment between events, engagement activities, and business objectives
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments
- Coordinate event-related communication, branding, and messaging
- Support editorial planning and internal communication calendar management
- Monitor engagement metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with trends and tools in employee communication and workplace experience
What you bring
- 4–6 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, event management, or corporate communication
- Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Creative mindset and strong focus on employee experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders
- Experience in managing internal events and engagement initiatives end-to-end
- Confidence in content creation and audience-specific messaging
- Proactive, solution-oriented, self-driven personality
- Experience with digital internal communication tools is an advantage
- Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Familiarity with AI-supported content creation tools is a plus
