Head of Private Property Product and Process Management
What we count on you for:
- Professionally manage and coordinate the work of your team, e.g:
- Responsible for classic product management and portfolio management functions, as well as supporting the different sales channels.
- Monitor portfolio performance, develop and implement new measures if necessary.
- Support decision making by preparing technical materials.
- Regularly monitor current changes in the regulatory environment being implemented in the field.
- Support digitalisation efforts and administrative areas by monitoring and continuously reviewing processes.
- Maintain professional relationship with peer areas, particularly in the areas of pricing, claims, sales, legal, marketing and controlling.
- Participation in the continuous review of the UW rules and participation in household & condominium UW process.
- Active participation in the planning processes.
- Work in regional and group projects.
What we ask for:

- Have a university degree in economics or engineering.
- Have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in insurance product management.
- Be able to actively use your English language skills.
- Have a solution-oriented, energetic and determined personality.
- Perform your duties with accuracy and responsibility.
- Experience as a manager (min 2-3 years) would be an advantage.
