About the Job
Local Head of Data & Analytics Platform, Hungary duties will include: allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring, and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring, and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Local Head of Data & Analytics Platform, Hungary entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing DAP will assist the organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Develop a vision for the location and in particular, the role of data and analytics for Allianz group. Seeks opportunities and develops the business accordingly.
What you bring
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the DAP function’s impact and reach
- Train and mentor managers and staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team
- Create, manage, and optimize budgets to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Evaluate team performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback and support
- Analyze financial and accounting data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Research and identify opportunities for growth and innovation in data and analytics
- Generate detailed reports and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders

- 6+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership within large, global organizations, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms and solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
