As an Operational Support Specialist at Allianz Technology, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include creating incidents for incorrect processes and tools, actively participating in system and process improvement initiatives, and providing daily support for Outlook, email, and meetings management. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer service mentality, and the ability to manage both internal and external partnerships effectively. What You Do
- Create incidents for incorrect processes/tools, especially in GIAM, ServiceNow, and Fieldglass
- Actively participate in system and process improvement initiatives, handle service-hotline requests and problems.
- Provide daily support for Outlook, email, and meetings management and administrative tasks
- Provide IT support for relevant systems
- Handle administrative and financial tasks, including event organization and invoice approval in SAP
- Support onboarding processes, SPOC regarding onboarding questions for all Nearshoring colleagues
- Control and build internal/external onboarding processes, manage ESR/PO
- Manage internal/external partnerships
What you bring
- Fluent German and solid English know-how
- Optional: experience with current legitimation systems of Allianz
- Good knowledge regarding legitimation processes
- High motivation, flexibility and resilience
- Strength in interaction with the customer
- Potential to establish a Center of Competence for legitimation processes
- Good communication skills and customer service mentality
- High quality awareness
