About the job
The agile CPI team at Allianz Technology is responsible for Process Excellence in Change-, Problem- and Incident Management for multiple Allianz companies in Germany. This means on the one hand to be in charge of defining and designing these processes, and on the other hand to fulfill the corresponding roles in Change, Problem and Incident Management. The CPI team has the strategic task of acting as the central point of contact for CPI processes within local Allianz Technology Germany as well as its vis-à-vis its providers, and of creating transparency in the event of Changes, Problems, Incidents, and escalations by means of rapid, comprehensible, and precise communication.
As a Problem Manager it’s your responsibility to review (major) Incidents, and to identify sustainable solutions for removing the underlying Problems.
What you do
- Steering/moderation of conference calls on Problem Management topics with various stakeholders inside and outside Allianz Technology Germany, mostly in English language
- Coordinating and following up on the implementation of activities with the aim of sustainable impact avoidance
- Defining measures to avoid Incidents, including their communication within the framework of Proactive Problem Management
- Preparing Management-oriented information to support their decision-making
- Contributing to a continuous improvement of the Allianz Technology Problem Management process along the operational experiences
What you bring
- Bachelor, e.g., in (Business) Informatics, IT training, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge and experience of or in agile working environments
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills
- Open and confident demeanor with internal and external partners and management
- Proven professional experience with (Senior) Management interaction
- Ability to communicate and work in a team and enjoy working on your own initiative
- Good ITIL knowledge (at least ITIL v3 Foundation Level)
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
