The In House Business Consulting Unit operates as a strategic advisory function within the organisation, partnering closely with senior leaders to address complex strategic, operational, and technology challenges driven specific to general insurance. The team provides independent, objective advice and structured problem solving support to enable informed decision While the role has a strong grounding in insurance lines of busi ness operate beyond a single product or market context
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline; Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
6 + years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a consulting, business transformation, or in house advisory role within financial services or insurance.
Demonstrable experience in General Insurance operations across one or more of: motor, property, commercial lines, liability, specialty, or reinsurance, with the ability to apply consulting skills across broader insurance contexts. .
Proficiency in structured problem Strong financial literacy — solving frameworks and consulting methodologies. comfortable with business case modelling and cost • benefit assessment.
Project / programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent internationally recognised certification.
